Do you notice something? Tony Little and his friends keep going back and forth and back and forth. How can it REALLY target the biceps and triceps? What more can it do for your abs?
All in one workout? Do you really think you can build a body like Tony Little or any of his friends doing that workout?
Maybe you could. It could take months but you could. It's not that the program is bad, but it's just that the program has its limit. After a certain period of time, maybe a month or two of endless doing the same old workout OVER AND OVER again, you will give up on it and that's it.
What about the AFTER BURN? Yes, After Burn is very important for fat loss. It gives you that value for your workout!
This is my verdict:
If you follow Tony Little's Gazelle workout, you will have to spend not only $14,95 on the DVD's but you also have to buy the equipment that he recommends. That's the beauty of his marketing strategy. YOU HAVE TO BUY THE EQUIPMENT or the program is useless. How much are you willing to spend for this?
I can suggest your a better program that has always worked. You simply need 30 to 45 minutes a WEEK to burn all your unwanted belly fat away - and you DO NOT NEED a gym subscription or any kind of equipment.
