The Simplest Fat Loss Method - This Kicks Tony Little's Gazelle Workout Good Bye!

First, let me explain to you how fat loss works. You need three main components set right to lose fat fast:

1. Your Diet
2. Resistance Training
3. High Intensity Cardio (Modern Science has replaced this with Metabolic Resistance Circuits)

Your Diet

I won't get into too much details. You simply need to maintain a diet with calorie deficit. That means more calories being burnt than the calories you intake. If you do not have this intact, it doesn't matter what workout you do, you won't get results unless you are an athlete like Michael Phelps.

Resistance Training

When you are in a calorie deficit diet, your body would want to eat away your muscle to survive instead of burning your fat, so you have to perform resistance exercises to stimulate muscle growth. You won't grow muscle much but your body will know that muscle is vital so it will go focus on eat away from your body fat to survive.

High Intensity Cardio

At one point cardio was famous. People used to spend hours in the gym walking or running on treadmills and stationary bikes trying to burn off those calories. There is a limit to how many hours you can spend on this.

This was followed by Interval Training. A revolutionary new way to look at cardio. Click here to learn more about interval training.

And now the new and improved version of interval training, known as Metabolic Resistance Training. It makes interval training harder and shorter with better and faster results.

This is the basic concept of fat loss. If you can believe in this system, you will lose weight continuously.

The Good and Bad About Tony Little's Gazelle Workout

Watch the video infomercial. I've posted it down here. Watch it again. Keep watching it

Do you notice something? Tony Little and his friends keep going back and forth and back and forth. How can it REALLY target the biceps and triceps? What more can it do for your abs?

All in one workout? Do you really think you can build a body like Tony Little or any of his friends doing that workout?

Maybe you could. It could take months but you could. It's not that the program is bad, but it's just that the program has its limit. After a certain period of time, maybe a month or two of endless doing the same old workout OVER AND OVER again, you will give up on it and that's it.

What about the AFTER BURN? Yes, After Burn is very important for fat loss. It gives you that value for your workout!

This is my verdict:

If you follow Tony Little's Gazelle workout, you will have to spend not only $14,95 on the DVD's but you also have to buy the equipment that he recommends. That's the beauty of his marketing strategy. YOU HAVE TO BUY THE EQUIPMENT or the program is useless. How much are you willing to spend for this?

I can suggest your a better program that has always worked. You simply need 30 to 45 minutes a WEEK to burn all your unwanted belly fat away - and you DO NOT NEED a gym subscription or any kind of equipment.

Tony Little Gazelle Fitness System | As Seen on TV | What's So Great?

Tony Little gets your heart rate up and running to pick up the phone and order the program ASAP! Is it because of all that loud and fast conversation he has with Darla Haun where he randomly shouts out "TRICEPS! BUMS! THIGHS! ABS!"?

Or is it because of the hot images of the models who work through the Freestyle machines? Is it because of the abs? Or wait, don't forget the ultimate OH! moment when Darla Haun removes her jacket (Hint for the DUDES!)

Let me walk you through a simple narrative of my own that could help you understand why I give Tony Little's Gazelle workouts a verdict that rhymes with (EH!)
